Choose a Breed of Domestic Duck from the Duck Breeds drop down menu on the left. Domestic Ducks come in many shapes and sizes from the tiny Call Duck to the huge Aylesbury.
If you are considering keeping ducks then time spent investigating a suitable breed for your circumstances is well worthwhile. This area of the site is useful for looking at the different types of ducks that are available, however we would highly recommend you visit a good waterfowl show before making your final decision so that you can talk to the breeders of these birds to find out more about their suitability for your personal circumstances. There are a few breed clubs / associations that can also help you and we would encourage you to join them to receive more specialist information about the breed from their newsletters.
