East of England Autumn Show 2010 - Peterborough Poultry Show

A great day out for the whole family, not just a poultry show! This is THE small livestock show, from mice to shire horses, goats to guinea pigs. Organised by the East of England Agricultural Society, visitors can expect to see thousands of animals of all shapes and sizes, from small livestock exhibits including mice and fancy rats to special displays of rare and endangered livestock breeds. The East of England Autumn Show will also feature the East of England Giant Vegetable Competition which made its debut last year.

There will be many displays of traditional country life, including country crafts, as well as large animal exhibits. Magnificent Shire horses, incorporated as part of the Wisbech Shire Horse Show, will be dressed in their traditional glory. There will also be the chance to see Pony Club show jumping competitions, donkey driving and harness goats.

There will also be a range of competitive classes including Farm Livestock - Sheep and Pigs, Poultry, Pigeons, Fancy Rats and Rabbits.
