Chicken Breeds
The following lists detail all of the breeds of chicken that can be found in the United Kingdom. There may be one or two breeds that we have missed, if so, please let us know about them by contacting us.
Many breeds have different varieties - e.g. colour, mottled, laced, frizzle, pencilled, bearded, speckled etc. All of these breed true except for blues. This is because Blue birds is not a ‘true' colour and is made up of Black and Splash.
